Our customer service department provides a full variety of aircraft services, including:

• Warranty service and spare parts delivery, ground servicing equipment, testing equipment and tools during the post-warranty period;
• Consultations and documentation (operational and technical, repair-recovery, training procedure, bulletins etc.) for all operational issues;
• Scheduled maintenance, aircraft modification and repair, available in our maintenance centers or provided by a traveling team of experts;
• Training, skill improvement and flight and technical certification.

Our maintenance and repair system (MRS) of progressive checks and service procedures, including the on-condition operation, ensures highly efficient aircraft operation, and lowered labour time and cost. The Yak-54’s MRS is completely compliant with international standards. It is fully unified with the requirements of modern aircraft maintenance centers and includes the following three levels:

The 1st level ensures that the Yak maintains its airworthiness and is stored in an aircraft hangar. At this level, all operational maintenance procedures and sore works are performed. The on-line checks keep the aircraft ready to depart, and its maintenance at the end of flying day. The maintenance work is completed either by a pilot or specialist, certified as an aircraft and engine mechanic.

The 2nd level includes annual and scheduled two-year inspections to ensure the aircraft’s continued airworthiness. Storage is also provided when the aircraft is not in use for more than 30 days.

The 3rd level is designed to restore the aircraft’s airworthiness, systems, assemblies and units. We perform airframe and aircraft systems repair-recovery and replace interchangeable parts. This level’s operations take place in our maintenance centers, utilizing our machines and varnish-painting tools.

The necessary tools, ground servicing and testing equipment for routine maintenance checks come with each aircraft.
Special tools, ground servicing and testing equipment for repair and rehabilitation are available with a separate contract.
