Yury DENISENKO
CEO

Denisenko Y.P. was born in 1956, Anuchinskii region. In 1972 he became to work in the plant «Progress» as a locksmith. In 1975 he graduated from Primorskii aviation college. From 1975 to 1977 he was the member of Russia army. After that he returned to work in «Progress».  In 1984 he graduated from Kiev Institute of Engineers of civil aviation. In 2003 he became a vice-main engineer.  In 2003 he became a deputy main engineer in «Radiopribor». In 2006 he became CEO of AAC «Progress». In 2006 he was elected as a deputy in Primorskii region. He is married, got 2 daughters.

Viatsheslav KRAVTSHENKO
Chief Engineer

He was born on 24 October 1961 in Aleksandrovka, Azovskii region. In 1984 he graduated from Komsomolsk-na-Amure Institute in the field of aviation building and started his work in the plant «Progress» in Arseniev. He worked in the department of the main technologist as an engineer-constructor and a head of technical bureau. His impressive experience and knowledge in the sphere of aviation building helped him to become the head of main technologist department in 2001. In July 2004 he became the main engineer of AAC «Progress». In 2006 he got «Honorable Engineer» award for his contribution in the development of aviation machines.

Alexey EDAKIN
Finance Director, vice-CEO

He was born on 9th October 1978 in Leninsk-Kuzneckii in Kemerov region. In 2000 he graduated Moscow University of consumer cooperation in the sphere of «Finance and credit». From 2000 to 2002 ha worked as a finance director in «Pivovarnya Diakov» in Krasnodar region. From 2003 to 2005 he worked as a vice-finance director, a finance director in «Troickii iodnii zavod» in Krasnodar region. From 2005 to 2006 he worked as a general manager in «PromFinAudit » in Moscow. From 2006 to 11.01.2008 – he was a main specialist in financial questions, vice-general manager in the sphere of finance in AAC «Progress».  From 12.01.2008 he is a finance director and first vice-general manager in AAC «Progress».

Alexander ZAKHARIASHEV
Quality Director

He was born on 28th August 1942 in Arseniev. In 1972 he started to work in the plant «Progress» as a locksmith-assembler. From 1965 to 1968 he was the member of Russian army.  After that he returned to work in «Progress». In 1970 he graduated from Primorskii aviation college in the sphere of «Processing of materials by cut». From 1971 to 1988 he work in control-testing department as an engineer-technologist of the 1st category, as a head of control-testing station, as a head of department. From 1988 to 2004 he worked as a head of unit-assembly department, as a vice-general manager of production. In 2004 he became a production director, in June 2007 he became a quality director and a representative of general managers in the field of quality questions in «Progress».
For his contribution in the sphere of aviation and special machines development he got the following awards:

• The Best Constructor – 1979 
• Sign «The winner of socialist competition» - 1980
• Bronze Medal of VDNKh USSR (Exhibition of Economic Achievements – 1985
• Honorary degree «Honorable Engineer of Russian Federation» - 1998

Alexander Mironov
Logistics director

He was born on 11th April 1950.
In 1974 he graduated from Dalrybvtuz, as engineer in the sphere of refrigerating and compressor installations.
In 1975 he started to work in Progress as metalworker and became Logistics director. From 1980 to 1988 he worked as vice-general manager of thermal treatment and covering department.
From 1988 to 1990 – general manager of reconstruction and major repairs of buildings.
From 1990 to 1994 – vice director of capital construction.
From 1994 to 1995 – he worked as a construction director, later he became major engineer.
1998-2004 – Marketing director.
From December 2004 – Logistics director.
For his fruitful work he has following awards: «The winner of socialist competition» (1977) and the medal “300 years of Russian fleet”.
